Pumunta sa Cebu si Dela Rosa sa unang pagkakataon at eto ang
sabi ni Dela Rosa.

“Pasensya na, sir (Mayor Osmeña), kung nahiubos ka nga gipang tanggal
namo imong mga police director imong mga police nga na identify sa illegal
 drug trade prangkahan na ito, wala na itong cover cover,”
