Nakatakdang magfile ng kaso ang kampo ni matobato sa ICC (International Criminal Court) dahil umano sa hindi makataong pagpatay sa mga pusher rapist druglord at mga magnanakaw.

Bago mai-file ang kaso sa ICC may binunyag ang abogado ni Matobato dahil maraming nagtatanong sa kanya kung sino ang nagbayad sa kanyang pamasahe papunta ng ibang bansa upang makapagfile ng kaso.
