Nakasagupa ng miyembro ng Militar at ng Pulis ang mga natitirang miyembro ng Abu Sayaff sa Clarin Bohol.

Sa pagkakataong ito ay lamang ang Militar dahil hindi kabisado ng grupo ng Abusayaff ang masukal na kagubatan ng Bohol at madali nilang matuntun ang mga ito. Dagdag pa ng militar mabilis ng maubos ang abusayaff dahil na din sa pakikipagtulungan ng mga mamayan ng Clarin Bohol.
