sa bahay ni Richard Prevendido, ngunit ng nasa bahay na ang mga pulis may narinig ang mga pulis na nagpaputok ng baril galing sa bahay ni Richard Prevendido kaya naman ginantihan ng putok ito ng mga pulis at dito nga napatay si Richard Prevendido at kanyang pamangkin.
